At Flexwearhub, we strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible to ensure timely delivery for our customers. Because our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed, there is a limited period during which cancellations or modifications can be requested.
This policy explains how order cancellations and modifications are handled, the timeframes involved, and the options available if your order has already entered the shipping process.
1. Cancellation & Modification Timeframe
To maximize the likelihood that a cancellation or modification request can be accommodated, customers should contact us as soon as possible after placing an order.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday
- Requests submitted before the order enters fulfillment have the highest chance of being approved.
- For best results, please contact us immediately after placing your order and before our daily cut-off time.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate eligible requests, approval cannot be guaranteed once order fulfillment has begun.
2. How to Request an Order Cancellation or Modification
If you need to cancel your order or make changes to an existing order, please contact our support team as quickly as possible.
To help us process your request efficiently, please follow the steps below:

- Use one of the following subject lines:
- “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Order Number]”
- “URGENT: Modify Order #[Order Number]”
- Include your full name and order number.

Our support team operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST) and will make every reasonable effort to assist before the order leaves our facility.
3. Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address corrections may only be processed before the package is transferred to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another designated carrier.
Once a shipment has entered transit, we are unable to redirect, reroute, or modify the delivery address.
Flexwearhub is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer when we were not notified prior to shipment.
4. Orders That Have Already Been Shipped
If we receive your cancellation or modification request after the order has already been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to stop, cancel, or alter the shipment.
However, your purchase remains protected under our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Submission of a request does not guarantee that the cancellation or modification can be completed.
