1. Return Window

Flexwearhub offers a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return and send the item back to us.

If more than 60 days have passed since the delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Item Condition

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • The t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item must remain in its original packaging with all retail tags still attached, when applicable.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is required to process the return.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage caused by misuse, missing tags, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Fees & Return Shipping Cost

We believe in making returns simple and worry-free. Flexwearhub does not charge hidden fees for eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. You do not need to pay for return postage for eligible approved returns.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our support team at support@flexwearhub.shop within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions by email.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging whenever possible.
  5. Attach the prepaid label and drop the package off with the designated carrier, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Important: Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Please also do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return it to our physical address without receiving return instructions from our support team.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned package is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

After the inspection is complete, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 12 business days after approval.

  2. Contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as posting times may vary by institution.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@flexwearhub.shop.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your t-shirt is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@flexwearhub.shop.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or design, please contact our support team. Depending on item availability and the condition of the original product, we may assist with an exchange or guide you through the return and reorder process.

Exchange requests must also be submitted within the 60-day return window.
